What is Forma? Forma also known as “The Hollywood Facial” or “Non-Surgical Face-Lift” is a non-invasive procedure that uses radiofrequency energy and heat to target deep layers of the skin, stimulating the formation of new collagen and elastin improving the skin’s elasticity. We typically recommend bi-weekly/weekly sessions for six weeks (6-8 treatments for optimal results). Results lasts for one or two years or longer, depending on the intensity of the treatment, number of treatments, etc. We recommend regular 2-3 maintenance treatments after a year to help maintain your results.

What can I expect? Your Clinical Esthetician will start the treatment by cleansing your face or neck, then she will apply conductive gel to allow the wand to glide more easily over the skin. The wand is moved in a circular motion for approx. 15 minutes (15 min each side) delivering heat. During the treatment the skin temperature will safely increase to 43 C, creating a controlled injury in the dermis, stimulating new collagen and elastin. The treatment takes approx. 45 minutes.

What is the downtime like after Forma? After a Forma treatment, there is no downtime necessary. You will be able to return to work, exercise, and other normal activities immediately following your appointment. You may experience minor redness or sensitivity in the skin, but these side effects typically fade within a few hours.

What kind of results can I expect from Forma? The results from Forma may not be visible immediately, since it takes time for the body to produce and implement collagen into the skin. will notice a gradual improvement in their results over the months following treatment, especially as additional treatment sessions are received.
