No-Shows & Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

Kindly note, a credit card is required to secure your appointment.

No Show: No Shows will result a fee of 100% of your service total. Clients with prepaid packages will be charge $200 for no-shows or can choose to forfeit their missed session.

Additionally, kindly note this fee will be charged on the credit card on file.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Kindly allow 72 hours notice prior to rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result a cancellation fee of 100% of your service total.

Packages: All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable.

ALL Packages expire June 1st, 2025.

Memberships: Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Retail: All retail products are final sale. No exchange or refund. Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchase price must be greater than equal to certificate value. Gift Certificates are not applicable on retail products.
